Lindsey Carpenter

Lindsey Carpenter is a personal injury trial lawyer and partner at Meshbesher and Spence, exclusively representing plaintiffs since 2007. Her practice covers car accidents, motorcycle accidents, semi-truck accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and wrongful death. She serves as a Board of Governors member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, a certified no-fault arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, and was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court in April 2019 to the No-Fault Standing Committee. She earned Board Certification as a Civil Trial Specialist from the Minnesota State Bar Association in 2022. She holds a B.S. from Florida Southern College (2004) and a J.D. from Hamline University Law School (2007).
