Andrew Wenker

Andrew A. Wenker is a personal injury attorney with over a decade of experience advocating for injured clients across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A South Jersey native, Andrew graduated from Sterling High School in Lindenwold, New Jersey, and earned his bachelor's degree cum laude from Eastern University. After college he worked briefly in social services before pursuing a career in personal injury law. Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, graduating with honors and serving as a member of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.

Since 2010 he has focused exclusively on personal injury law, securing numerous trial verdicts and settlements and recovering millions of dollars for his clients. He is a 2020 recipient of the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys' Top 10 Under Age 40 award. Andrew is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. He is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the Camden County Bar Association, and has volunteered as a board member for a nonprofit organization.
