Kelly Arnold

Kelly Arnold is an attorney admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2022 and the District of Columbia Bar in 2024. She brought over twenty years of experience in the legal field as a plaintiff's personal injury paralegal before earning her law degree. From 2011 to 2023, she worked as both a paralegal and associate attorney at Houlon, Berman, Finci and Levenstein, LLC in Greenbelt, Maryland. She earned her J.D. magna cum laude in 2022 from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she attended evening classes while practicing.

During law school, she served as a student-attorney-mediator in the Mediation Clinic for Families. She holds a B.S. from University of Maryland University College, majoring in Legal Studies. A native of Richmond, Virginia, she considers herself a native Annapolitan and is a graduate of The Key School.
