Mike Slocumb

Mike Slocumb is the founder and senior partner of Mike Slocumb Law Firm. He limits his practice to personal injury litigation, including catastrophic car negligence claims, no-fault claims, medical malpractice, premises liability, and nursing home negligence. He has successfully negotiated and tried multiple million-dollar claims for accident victims and has a long history of successful prosecutions against railroads. Mr. Slocumb holds a bachelor of science degree from Auburn University and a juris doctorate from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law.

Prior to law school, he worked in Washington, D.C. for the late Senator Paul Coverdell (R-GA). He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Illinois State Bar. Today, his trial practice spans the country, with active cases in Illinois, Alabama, Georgia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and elsewhere.
