Samantha Renshaw

Samantha Renshaw is an attorney in the Birmingham, Alabama office of Mike Slocumb Law Firm, focusing on personal injury litigation including tort cases in both state and federal courts. Her prior experience includes privacy and administrative law with a background representing clients in complex regulatory matters. A native of Arkansas, she earned dual degrees in General Music and Creative Media Production from Arkansas State University, graduating magna cum laude and with University Honors.

She earned her J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as Senior Editor of the Law and Psychology Review, participated on the Intellectual Property Moot Court Team, and earned the award for Best Paper in Privacy and Data Security Law. She is admitted to the Alabama State Bar and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) designation.
