Nick Cooling

Nick Cooling is a partner at Mueller Schmidt Mulholland & Cooling, PLLC in Iowa. His practice covers insurance bad faith, personal injury, and workers' compensation cases.

Before joining the firm, Cooling spent nearly 8 years in private practice at a previous firm doing defense work.

He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business and his Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School.

He is admitted to the Iowa State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.

Cooling is a member of the Iowa Bar Association, the Polk County Bar Association, the Iowa Association for Justice, the Iowa Association of Workers' Compensation Lawyers (Board Member), the Polk County Juvenile Drug Court Collaborative Board, and the SFM Foundation Kids' Chance Board. He is a Trial Lawyer College graduate.
