Salvatore C. Badala is Partner and General Counsel at Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, where he leads the Complex Commercial Litigation and Consumer Class Actions department. He has established himself as a key figure in groundbreaking legal battles on behalf of municipalities and consumers. Sal has been at the forefront of landmark opioid litigation, securing a $650 million ruling against national pharmacy chains and a $1.1 billion settlement with major pharmaceutical distributors. He also served as co-lead counsel in water contamination litigation and PFAS class actions.
