Maria Fleming

Maria Fleming is a senior associate in the Complex Litigation Department, based in Cleveland, Ohio. She served as plaintiff trial counsel in the National Prescription Opiate Litigation MDL Bellwether trials for Lake and Trumbull Counties, managing all plaintiffs' trial exhibits and submissions to the jury. She also played an integral role in the National Prescription Opiate Litigation MDL Bellwether settlements for Cuyahoga and Summit Counties. She primarily handles trial preparation in complex opioid and consumer litigation matters. She earned her J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from John Carroll University.
