Henry Acciani

Henry D. Acciani is a founding partner of O'Connor, Acciani and Levy, having created the firm in 1992. He concentrates his practice in personal injury, debt reorganization and bankruptcy, social security, and estates and probate. With a significant number of courtroom victories to his credit, Henry has been named among the Top 100 Attorneys by The National Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only organization composed of premier trial lawyers from each state, and served as a former trustee of the Ohio Association of Justice. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice, Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association, and is a Master of the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court.
