Peter Tomasek

Peter J. Tomasek is an appellate and brief-writing attorney at O'Malley Tunstall PC in North Carolina. He specializes in complex personal injury cases, seven-figure insurance-coverage disputes, medical malpractice cases, and wrongful death cases. His work focuses on motions to dismiss, summary judgment responses, appeals in complex cases, and high-stakes filings.

Before moving to North Carolina, Tomasek worked on the defense side for an insurance-defense firm in Metro Detroit, where he represented attorneys, accountants, and businesses in professional-malpractice lawsuits.
