Susan Bourque

Susan M. Bourque is the Managing Partner at Parker Scheer LLP, the first woman to hold this position in the firm's 26-year history. She joined the firm in 1999, with more than 23 years of experience in complex personal injury litigation including medical malpractice, motor vehicle negligence, defective premises, product liability, and nursing home abuse and neglect (a special focus area). She also serves as Director of the firm's Tort Litigation Practice Group.

Bourque is an elected member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and Past President of the Massachusetts ABOTA chapter (2019-2020). She has been named to Best Lawyers in America for Health Care Litigation and Medical Malpractice (Plaintiff) and to Massachusetts Super Lawyers annually since 2013.
