Olivia Mooney

Olivia Mooney is an Attorney at Parnall Law Firm specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability cases.

Mooney earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2015 and her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and German from Agnes Scott College in 2007. She is admitted to the State Bars of Georgia and New Mexico, and to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia, and the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Mooney relocated to New Mexico from Georgia. She worked as a paralegal for five years handling employment discrimination and retaliation cases before law school, then practiced bankruptcy law post-graduation and worked at a large insurance defense firm before joining Parnall. During law school she clerked for the Honorable Vincent Hill at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
