About Victoria Herman

Victoria Herman grew up in Sevier County, Tennessee, near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, then attended Appalachian School of Law, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Appalachian National Resources Law Journal and earned a Natural Resources Law Certificate. She graduated in 2014 with both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws. At Ponce Law, her practice centers on personal injury and workers compensation, helping clients with medical treatment for injuries and compensation through Tennessee's Bureau of Workers Compensation.
