About Bob Sexton
Bob Sexton is a founding partner of Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, which he helped establish in 2006 alongside Mike Rainwater and Stephen Holt. A lifelong Arkansan from Lonoke, he earned his undergraduate degree from Ouachita Baptist University before receiving his J.D. with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 1996. For decades he has represented individuals and families facing serious injury matters, standing up to insurance companies on behalf of clients. Park Plaza and the escalator maker Kone admitted fault before trial and contested only the amount. After a three-day trial, a Pulaski County jury awarded $3 million in December 2018.
