About Brian Ricci

Brian M. Ricci is the founder and owner of Ricci Law Firm, P.A. in North Carolina, serving Greenville, Raleigh, Charlotte, Rocky Mount, Fayetteville, and surrounding areas. His practice focuses on personal injury, workers' compensation, trucking accidents, auto accidents, and brain injury cases.

Ricci is recognized throughout the state and nationally as a passionate advocate for injured workers. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group in 2002 and is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

He earned his B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science from East Carolina University in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in 1997.

Ricci was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1997. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina (1997), U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina (2003), U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina (2010), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit (2000).

Ricci is the founder of EASTERN NC CARES and TRIANGLE NC CARES, initiatives recognizing non-profit organizations that are making a difference in the community.
