David Overton

David J. Overton is a personal injury attorney at Ricci Law Firm in North Carolina. His practice encompasses primarily personal injury litigation, including automobile tort claims/litigation, trucking wrecks, premises liability, and general negligence claims.

Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Overton has been representing North Carolinians since his graduation from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2012. Throughout his career, he has exclusively represented North Carolina clients injured by the negligence and carelessness of others.

He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2012.
