John Buckley III

John F. Buckley, III earned his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he earned Certificates of concentration in Insurance Law & Regulation and Health Law. He received the CALI Award for Excellence in Bankruptcy Law and Law and Economics, was a member of the Mock Trial Society (competing at Harvard Law School), and served as an Executive Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. He completed undergraduate studies at Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Mathematics. He began working at RisCassi & Davis as a law clerk in the summer of 2023, continued throughout law school, and was officially hired as an attorney upon his admission to the Connecticut bar in November 2025.
