Katherine Bertrand

Katherine Bertrand earned her law degree from Western New England University School of Law, where she was a quarterfinalist in the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition and was named one of the Best Advocates in the Lawyering Skills Oral Argument Competition. She also served as a student attorney in the law school's Global Justice Clinic. Before law school, she attended the University at Albany (SUNY), earning a Bachelor of Arts in English summa cum laude, and then worked as a litigation paralegal, developing her commitment to advocacy and client relations. She began at RisCassi & Davis as a law clerk in the summer of 2023 and was hired as an attorney upon her admission to the bar in 2024.
