About Peter Mifflin

Peter Mifflin joined Robert J. DeBry & Associates in 2011 after earning his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2009. He handles wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, automobile accidents, slips and falls, medical and dental malpractice, and physical and sexual abuse cases. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and obtained seven-figure judgments for clients through bench trials, jury trials, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. Among his cases is a settlement for the family of an 11-year-old child with autism who died after being left in a care center vehicle in the heat in American Fork, Utah. Many of his best results are subject to confidentiality agreements and cannot be publicly disclosed.
