About Bahram Samie

Bahram is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney who has handled every stage of litigation from pre-suit investigations through trial. Before joining Robins Kaplan, he served as Deputy Civil Chief at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Minnesota, investigating healthcare fraud, procurement fraud, and controlled substance mishandling. He coordinated civil rights investigations into policing violations, disability discrimination, housing discrimination, and religious assembly infringement, negotiating consent decrees for remedies.
