About Ivan Rodriguez

Ivan J. Rodriguez, Esq. is a partner at Rosenberg & Rodriguez, PLLC, with approximately 25 years of experience practicing personal injury and family law in New York. After graduating from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 1996, he worked as an investigator for the NYC Administration for Children's Services before earning his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2001, where he served as a student editor of the Hofstra University Family Court Review. Ivan handles automobile accidents, construction accidents, trip and slip and falls, dog bites, and negligent security cases, and also litigates matrimonial matters including divorce, child support, custody, and spousal support. He has tried numerous cases in both State and Federal Court and has successfully argued appeals before the Appellate Division of the State of New York. Ivan was selected to Super Lawyers for 2023, 2024, and 2025.
