Dayna Nilsen

Dayna N. Nilsen is a Personal Injury Attorney and Partner at Rubenstein Law's Orlando office. She grew up in New York and moved to Tampa, Florida to attend the University of South Florida, earning her B.A. in Political Science in 2012, before receiving her J.D. from Barry University School of Law in 2015. While in law school, she was a member of the trial team and received the Book Award in trial advocacy. She served as a Certified Legal Intern for the State Attorney's Office in the Ninth Judicial Circuit and interned for an Orlando personal injury firm.

After admission to the Florida Bar, she practiced as a plaintiff personal injury attorney for four years, then worked at an insurance defense firm. She was elevated to partner at Rubenstein Law in 2025. Her practice covers automobile accidents, trucking accidents, personal injury, slip and fall, medical malpractice, and negligence cases.
