DeWayne Terry

DeWayne K. Terry is a Personal Injury Attorney and Partner at Rubenstein Law with approximately 30 years of legal experience. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, he attended The Bolles School and earned a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University, where he was Co-Captain of the football team under Steve Spurrier and lettered in football and track. He briefly played professional football as a free agent for the Dallas Cowboys, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Indianapolis Colts before earning his J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, then served as Assistant Staff Counsel for the Florida Bar's Miami Office. He joined Rubenstein Law in 2010 and led the firm's Personal Injury Protection Litigation Division.
