Peter Hunt

Peter Hunt is a personal injury attorney at Rubenstein Law, based in West Palm Beach. A Northeast Ohio native, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton in 2007 and his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2013. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar, a distinction earned by fewer than 2% of Florida attorneys. His practice focuses on traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking accidents, premises liability, automobile accidents, and maritime matters including boating incidents, cruise incidents, and Jones Act Seaman claims. He was elected Secretary of the Florida Justice Association (2025-2026) and is on track to serve as FJA President in 2028.
