Patrick Ryan

Patrick C. Ryan co-founded Ryan Bisher Ryan & Simons in 1984. Practicing law since 1969, he has more than 55 years of experience.

Before founding the firm, Ryan began his career as a claims adjuster at Hartford Insurance, then served as general counsel to the Oklahoma State Insurance Commissioner, administrator of the Oklahoma Securities Department, and administrator of the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Affairs. He also served as a Workers' Compensation Court judge and presiding judge.

Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1969 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central State University in 1961. He is a past Chairman of the Oklahoma Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section.
