About Michael Camaj

Michael P. Camaj is a trial attorney at Scott Goodwin Law P.C. concentrating on no-fault and bodily injury claims for auto accident victims, premises liability, and dog bite cases. He was born and raised in New York and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Queens College of the City University of New York (Class of 2008). He received his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit and subsequently earned a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution and Advocacy from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. During law school he completed Erasmus studies at Maastricht University Faculty of Law, focusing on private international law and international trade law, and participated in the Capitals of Europe Summer Program.

He also worked with the Cardozo Holocaust Restitution Practicum assisting with Holocaust insurance restitution claims. Before joining Scott Goodwin Law P.C., Camaj practiced internationally, including a position with Ireland's Attorney General's Office and a general counsel division for a Paris-based corporation. He was admitted to practice in New York and Michigan in 2014 and is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
