Segal & Amos, PLLC is a plaintiffs' personal injury firm in Charleston, West Virginia. It was founded in 1992 as Segal & Davis, L.C., became The Segal Law Firm in 1996 when co-founder Robin Jean Davis left to serve as a Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, and now practices as Segal & Amos, PLLC following Justice Davis's return to the firm. The firm's attorneys and staff are dedicated exclusively to representing people injured by the negligence or misconduct of others, handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical negligence, nursing home neglect, industrial and mining accidents, truck and car collisions, toxic chemical exposure, mesothelioma, and large class actions and complex mass litigation. Founding member Scott Segal is a member of The Inner Circle of Advocates, a selective organization of 100 plaintiff lawyers in America, and the firm takes a team approach in which at least two lawyers are directly involved in each case.
