About Brian Bowen

Mr. Bowen focuses his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on representing individuals in personal injury and wrongful death matters. His work includes all phases of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery through motion practice and trial preparation. Mr. Bowen earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in English, from West Virginia University. Following his undergraduate studies, he served as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Fordham Law School.

He earned his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2020. Mr. Bowen is a member of the West Virginia State Bar. He is licensed to practice law in the State of West Virginia and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia. Mr. Bowen is originally from Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Charleston, West Virginia.
