Michael Kusz

Michael T. Kusz is a Partner at Shulman & Hill. A first-generation American born in Queens and raised on Long Island, he worked as a landscaper and construction laborer before law school, an experience that informs his advocacy for injured workers. Since his 2010 admission to the New York Bar, he has devoted his entire legal career to representing victims of negligence, with a focus on construction accidents and additional experience in labor law, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. He has recovered millions of dollars for clients while taking on insurance companies.
