Benjamin Frommer

Benjamin Frommer is an attorney at Stampone, O'Brien, Dilsheimer, Holloway with a practice covering premises liability, product liability, automobile and transportation accidents, construction accidents, insurance coverage and bad faith, dog bites, and wrongful death. He spent a decade as a defense litigator representing corporations and insurance companies before joining the firm on the plaintiff side. Frommer earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2014, where he served as Associate Editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law, and his B.A. cum laude from Temple University in 2011.

He also holds a Certificate in Business Management, Economics, and Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He is admitted in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and multiple federal courts. He has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024 and 2025.
