About Christopher Maloney
Christopher Maloney joined Stampone, O'Brien, Dilsheimer, Holloway in 2025 after 12 years as a partner at a major Philadelphia plaintiffs' firm and two decades as a prosecutor, rising to Deputy District Attorney handling homicides, sexual assaults, and felonies. He has tried more than 65 jury trials and numerous bench trials. His plaintiff practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, birth injury, child sexual abuse, dram shop, and trucking accident cases.
Maloney earned his undergraduate degree from LeMoyne College in Syracuse and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. He is admitted in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His results include an $11.5 million wrongful death trucking verdict, an $11 million wrongful death settlement, and an $8 million birth injury settlement.
