Joshua Rosen

Joshua A. Rosen is an attorney and Case Management Director at Stampone, O'Brien, Dilsheimer, Holloway with nearly two decades of experience combining personal injury litigation and law firm operations. After earning his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 2006 and spending a year with U.S. Senator Russ Feingold, he attended Rutgers School of Law while helping launch a Philadelphia personal injury firm. Over 15 years he practiced injury litigation and served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing intake, case workflows, and operational systems.

In 2024 he began consulting on law firm processes and AI integration before joining the firm. His litigation practice covers motor vehicle collisions, trucking crashes, premises liability, dog bites, and negligence claims. Admitted in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, he has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star and has held officer positions with the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
