About Matthew Blum
Dr. Matthew D. Blum brings more than 40 years of medical experience as a board-certified otolaryngologist and more than 30 years practicing law to his work at Stampone, O'Brien, Dilsheimer, Holloway. He earned his B.A. from LaSalle College in 1964, his M.D. from George Washington University School of Medicine in 1969, and his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1985. His medical training included a pediatric internship at Children's Hospital in Washington, D.C., a surgical residency at George Washington University Hospital, and an otolaryngology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury cases requiring evaluation of complex medical records. He has volunteered with Project Hope in Peru and the World Health Organization in Nigeria.
