Chante DePersia

Chante N. DePersia is an attorney at Stampone, O'Brien, Dilsheimer, Holloway with a background bridging accounting, insurance defense, and personal injury law. Before law school, she worked as an accountant in Philadelphia and New York City. After earning her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2018, she represented insurers in defense litigation before transitioning to plaintiff representation.

She earned her B.A. from Seton Hall University in 2007. Her practice covers automobile and trucking accidents, construction accidents, dog bites, dram shop liability, civil rights, premises liability, product liability, serious personal injury, and wrongful death. She has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Rising Star by Thomson Reuters annually since 2023.
