Joseph Stampone

Joseph P. Stampone founded the firm in 1984 and has served as its managing shareholder since. He has more than 40 years of experience in personal injury litigation, concentrating on complex motor vehicle and trucking accidents, product liability, construction accidents, and medical malpractice. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Tax Court.

Stampone earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Western New England University School of Law in 1980 and his B.A. in Political Science from LaSalle University in 1976. He has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year since 2005, is a member of the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum, and has appeared on the Philadelphia Inquirer Top Lawyers list from 2016 through 2021. He holds a 10.0 AVVO rating.
