James McNally

James P. McNally is a trial attorney at Stampone, O'Brien, Dilsheimer, Holloway who has concentrated on civil litigation since 1982. He has litigated hundreds of workers' compensation claims and third-party work-related injury cases over more than four decades of practice. His areas of focus include automobile and trucking accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, workers' compensation, and social security disability.

McNally earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 1981 and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1975. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he resides in Rydal, Montgomery County.
