Carlos Betancourt

Carlos Betancourt is an attorney at Steinger, Greene & Feiner in South Florida. His practice covers motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall, trip-and-fall, premises liability claims, and business and contract disputes.

Before joining Steinger, Greene & Feiner, Betancourt represented individuals unable to advocate for themselves in motor vehicle and premises liability matters throughout Florida.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in International Relations from Florida International University in 2017, and his Juris Doctor with Honors from Florida International University College of Law in 2021. He was a Dean's List honoree throughout law school.

He is admitted to the Florida Bar (2022), the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2023), and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2026).

Betancourt is a member of the Miami-Dade Bar Association and the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA).
