Gavin Vargas

Gavin Vargas is an attorney at Steinger, Greene & Feiner, serving the firm's Fort Myers and West Palm Beach offices in Florida. His practice covers automobile, motorcycle, slip and fall, food poisoning, premises, and product liability disputes. He has negotiated over a thousand cases with major insurance companies and recovered millions of dollars in settlements.

Before his work in personal injury law, Vargas was a litigation associate at a real estate law firm in Tampa, where he represented financial institutions and conducted discovery, mediations, and contract negotiations.

He earned his B.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University with a concentration in management, finance, and business law, and his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Appellate Advocacy and Practical Legal Research, and the Carlson Leadership Academy Excellence Award.

He is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and Sigma Phi Epsilon Alumni.
