Jose Gutierrez

Jose Gutierrez is an attorney at Steinger, Greene & Feiner in South Florida. His practice covers personal injury litigation, including cases involving life-altering injuries and negligence claims, as well as auto accidents, workers' compensation, slip and fall, defective products, drug injuries, and property damage.

Before joining the firm, Gutierrez played a key role in securing millions of dollars in recoveries for injured clients at his previous firm.

He earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Florida International University and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, he was actively involved in the Cuban American Bar Association and the Hispanic Law Student Association.

He is admitted to the Florida State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
