Lindsay Naparstek

Lindsay Naparstek is an attorney at Steinger, Greene & Feiner's West Palm Beach office in Florida. Her practice focuses on helping victims of auto accidents, slip and fall, defective product, drug injury, and other personal injury cases.

Naparstek began her legal career in insurance defense, handling automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security, and insurance coverage claims, before transitioning to personal injury representation. During law school, she gained experience as a personal injury law clerk and as a Florida Bar Fellow in the Child Advocacy Department at the Legal Aid Society of Broward County.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida in 2005, her Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business in 2007, and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2011.

She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011 and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2012.

She is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Florida Bar.
