Branden Huckstep

Branden Huckstep was born and raised in the Treasure Valley and built an early legal career in civil litigation, handling matters in business and construction law, real estate, landlord-tenant, and family law at Johnson May, PLLC from 2018 to 2022. Before that he clerked at Litster Frost Injury Lawyers from 2016 to 2018. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Utah State University and his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he also clerked at an immigration and personal injury practice in the Boise area.

He is admitted to practice in Idaho state courts and before the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. He is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association. Outside the office he enjoys traveling with his wife, camping in Idaho, and motorcycle riding.
