David Buckley

David Darrell Buckley is Of Counsel in the Mass Torts Department at The Carlson Law Firm, based out of the firm's Killeen, Texas office. With more than a decade of legal experience, David represents individuals harmed by dangerous pharmaceuticals, defective medical devices, and large-scale corporate negligence. A Houston native, he earned his J.D. at South Texas College of Law after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Houston, then founded his own firm in 2012 before joining Carlson. David has represented victims in automobile and eighteen-wheeler accidents, NFL concussion claims, maritime and offshore accidents, railroad accidents, and pharmaceutical claims involving Zofran and Invokana.
