About Max Caruso

Max Caruso (Alexander Maxwell Caruso) is an Associate Attorney at The Carlson Law Firm's South Austin office. An insightful personal injury trial attorney with experience in Texas and the United States Marine Corps, he focuses his practice on motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, dog bites, product liability, and wrongful death cases. Max was a clerk for The Carlson Law Firm while in law school and transitioned to a full-time position after graduation.

He took a break from civil practice to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps as a commissioned Judge Advocate officer. His very first trial - argued against the Texas Department of Transportation - resulted in a jury verdict exceeding $1.5 million for his clients.
