Mark Pierce

Mark D. Pierce is an attorney at DJC Law in Austin, Texas, with more than 40 years of legal experience and a national reputation in aviation law and complex personal injury litigation. He has served as lead attorney in more than 100 trials, handling aviation crashes, helicopter accidents, product liability, and wrongful death matters.

Pierce is also an FAA-certified commercial pilot, which informs his work in aviation accident cases. He has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer in Aviation Law for over a decade. In 2024, he secured a $4.5 million verdict that placed him on Texas's Top 20 Personal Injury Verdicts list.
