Bertha Faudoa

Bertha Alicia Faudoa is a bilingual Pre-Litigation Attorney at DJC Law in Austin, Texas, where she joined in 2023 to focus on plaintiffs' personal injury matters across the state. The daughter of an immigrant, she practiced immigration law for several years before transitioning to personal injury work in order to serve a broader client base. Her fluency in English and Spanish allows her to represent Texas clients without language barriers, and she has a particular focus on advocating for Hispanic and immigrant communities.

Faudoa earned her undergraduate degree from Southwestern University and her J.D. from New England Law | Boston. She was admitted to The State Bar of Texas in 2019 and is currently pursuing an MBA at Rowan University. Outside of practice, her interests include crocheting and furniture building.
