About Alexander Crecca

Alexander D. Crecca has spent his entire legal career helping and representing New Mexicans. He has extensive experience litigating and handling lawsuits, and is one of the few attorneys in New Mexico to receive a jury verdict in excess of $10 million dollars. He has broad experience handling wrongful death cases and catastrophic personal injury claims, including quadriplegia, burn injuries, brain injuries, and spinal injuries. Before founding the firm, Alex worked for an Albuquerque business and insurance defense law firm, where he learned how large insurance companies evaluate legal issues, set monetary values for claims, and defend themselves against lawsuits.

He is licensed in the state courts of New Mexico, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Alex is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of New Mexico, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. He holds a Certification in Taking and Defending Depositions from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and serves as a Board Member of the Albuquerque Bar Association. He speaks English and Spanish, has been peer-review rated AV Preeminent through Martindale-Hubbell, and has been selected to Super Lawyers from 2013 through 2024 and again in 2026.
