Daniel Brophy

Daniel Brophy is a personal injury attorney at Truitt Law Offices in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A former insurance defense attorney, he brings an insider perspective to his work on behalf of accident victims, fighting to prevent clients from being victimized by insurers after accidents.

Brophy began his legal career as a prosecutor in Michigan, then practiced insurance defense and business litigation before transitioning to personal injury plaintiff representation in 1990.

He earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1984 and his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University in 1979. He is admitted to the Indiana bar (active) and the Michigan bar (non-active).
