Richard Truitt

Richard Truitt is a personal injury attorney at Truitt Law Offices in Indiana, where he brings nearly five decades of legal experience to his practice. A Huntington, Indiana native, he is passionate about protecting client rights and making Indiana safer.

Truitt earned his J.D. from the University of Toledo School of Law in 1975. He earned his B.S. in Biology from Manchester College in 1971 and an M.S. in Biology from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne in 1972 before pursuing law.

Truitt was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1976 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Brain Injury Association of Indiana, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and The National Trial Lawyers.

The firm operates offices in Fort Wayne (two locations), Huntington, Indianapolis, and Warren.
