Dara A. Quattrone is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney and has practiced at Westmoreland Vesper Quattrone and Beers since 1985, following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Michael R. Connor. She earned a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a JD from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 1984, and was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars that same year. She is a graduate of the National College of Trial Advocacy of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Plaintiff Trial Academy of the New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association. She has successfully argued appellate cases resulting in changes to the law benefitting minors in medical treatment decisions.
In 2024, she served as co-counsel for the plaintiffs in Markert v. Shore Memorial Hospital, in which an Atlantic County jury returned a $37,548,096 verdict for a child born with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. She serves on the Supreme Court of New Jersey District I Ethics Committee, is a Board of Governors member of the New Jersey Association of Justice (co-chair of the education committee), and is a Superior Court Arbitrator and Special Part Mediator in Atlantic and Cape May Counties. She lectures for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the American Association for Justice. She has been named a Woman of Distinction by The Press of Atlantic City.
