About Rudy Westmoreland

Rudy Westmoreland has served as managing partner of Westmoreland Vesper Quattrone and Beers since 1988. With over 45 years of legal experience, he handles commercial litigation, corporate matters, real estate, and banking, and negotiates many of the firm's largest and most complex personal injury and wrongful death matters. He has appeared before the United States Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals on multiple occasions, and the New Jersey Supreme Court.

He obtained what was described as the single largest CAFRA permit ever issued by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and settled a case against Columbia Gas for over two million dollars. He is a founding director of Mainland Bank and of American Suburban Title Company, and has served as solicitor for Carnegie Bank, Bank of New York, First American Title Insurance Company, and National Community Bank. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
